Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by product category, order volume and destination, and are shown at checkout.
For bulk or institutional orders (hospitality, healthcare, commercial and institutional buyers), delivery is coordinated directly. Contact bunnyindiaonline@gmail.com to arrange scheduled or staggered delivery.
Returns & Replacements
Unused items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit. Please contact us before returning any item.
Installed hygiene hardware (matting, dispensers, mops and tools once put into use) and consumable items (tissues, fragrances) are not eligible for return once used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement.
